SWITS proudly provides services and support for many languages, including American Sign Language, in any setting to all members of the community. Our trained interpreters are screened professionals who are carefully selected for each job to best serve the needs of each client. All of our interpreters are qualified in their field of assignment. We use state and federally certified and trained court interpreters.

SWITS is also one of Wisconsin’s leading providers for interpreter training and workshops for service providers with Limited English Proficient clients. Training covers such topics as how to work effectively with a medical interpreter and access to effective communication between people of all languages. At SWITS, we also offer written translation for business, legal and personal documents. When available, we use ATA certified translators. In order to give you the most accurate translation, our translators work only into their native language. Reliability, quality and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to SWITS.
